CAD & CUTTING
The first step in garment manufacturing involves CAD and CUTTING process. It should be done with imported machinery. For our CAD needs, we utilize the renowned Richpeace CAD software. We have 3 End cutter machine and 6 SWANTEX’s Straight Knife Cutting Machines with the cutting capacity of 6000 Pcs per day.

cutting department meticulously cuts fabric pieces according to pattern specifications using high-speed END CUTTER MACHINE, ensuring efficiency in processing large quantities of denim. Subsequently, these cut pieces’ transition to the checking department, where they undergo organization, inspection, and preparation for the stitching process. This pivotal stage guarantees precise assembly and quality control before the stitching phase.
OR
Cut and lay the fabric into layers
Maximize the amount of fabric used and reduce the amount of fabric wasted when cut
sort, count the number of pieces of clothing
Inspect the fabric cut
Sorted and cut printed and embroidery panels

Our sewing department 5,000 Sq. Ft.  Is equipped with 70 Latest garment sewing. In our production setup, we employ a versatile combination of manual stitching machines from Juki and automated counterparts from VIBEMAC, ensuring a well-balanced and efficient approach to garment manufacturing.
This ensures precise and productive fulfillment of diverse stitching needs in garment production. Our stitching out production capacity is 3000 pcs/day.
The sewing department plays a central role in transforming cut fabric pieces into finished garments. Skilled seamstresses and tailors operate sewing machines to stitch together the components, following precise patterns and design specifications. Quality department ensuring the accuracy of garment assembly, stitching details, and overall quality before the products move on to the final stages of production and inspection.
In the sewing section's chain system, the process is meticulously organized.
1. PREPRATORY SECTION
2. FRONT SECTION
3. BACK SECTION
4. FRONT & BACK CHECKING
5. ASSEMBLY SECTION
6. CRITICAL CHECKING POINT
7. THREAD CUTTING
8. FINAL CHECKING
The chain system optimizes production speed, maintain quality standards, and facilitate a smooth transition of garments through various stages of stitching and assembly.
This systematic workflow from the front and back sections to the final checking point is designed to optimize efficiency and maintain stringent quality control throughout the garment production process.
